Know how your offer is calculated

Your initial quote depends on the model, storage, carrier status, condition, and functionality you select. Describe wear, damage, and repairs accurately. We inspect your iPhone after arrival; a difference from the submitted details can lead to a revised offer.

You can accept or decline a revised offer. If you decline, you must provide a prepaid return label and cover return shipping. Read the full Terms of Service before shipping.

A documented inspection

Incoming packages are video recorded during unboxing and inspection. We check device details, cosmetic condition, functionality, and IMEI or serial information. Recording helps document what arrived and the condition observed.

Free inbound shipping

Eligible buybacks receive a prepaid shipping label. Use a sturdy box and cushioning, follow the label’s carrier instructions, and keep your drop-off receipt and tracking number. See our shipping checklist.

Payment after inspection

The current checkout offers PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and paper check. Payment is issued after your iPhone is received, inspected, and accepted, subject to the Terms of Service. Delivery time varies by payment method; paper checks require mailing time.

Clear device eligibility

We buy iPhones only. Damaged or carrier-locked phones may qualify when listed in the quote tool. We do not buy Activation-Locked, lost, or stolen devices. Contact us before sending a financed or loaned phone so we can review ownership or payoff documentation.

Prepare your information before shipping

Back up and transfer your data, sign out of your Apple Account, remove Find My and Activation Lock, erase personal information, and remove any physical SIM. Use our pre-erasure checklist and read the Privacy Policy.
