What devices do you buy?
At this time, Flipacell buys iPhones only. Eligible devices and pricing depend on the iPhone model, storage capacity, condition, carrier status, and overall functionality.
How do I sell my iPhone or device to Flipacell?
Selling your device is simple:
Get a quote on our website by selecting your device and condition.
Ship your device to us using the provided instructions.
Once received and inspected, we issue payment promptly.
How fast do I get paid?
Payments are issued within 24 hours after we receive and inspect your iPhone.
How do you determine the device condition?
Device condition is determined based on the information you provide and our physical inspection upon receipt. We check cosmetic condition, functionality, model, storage, carrier lock status, activation lock, and IMEI/serial number.
What happens if my device condition is different than described?
If the device is not as described, we may send you a revised offer. You may accept or decline the revised offer. If declined, you are responsible for providing a prepaid return shipping label.
Do you record the unboxing of devices?
Yes. All incoming packages are video recorded during unboxing and inspection. These videos are used to verify device condition, contents, and serial/IMEI numbers in case of disputes.
Do you check IMEI or serial numbers?
Yes. All devices are checked using IMEI and serial numbers against industry databases to ensure they are not reported lost, stolen, or associated with fraudulent activity.
What happens if a device is reported lost or stolen?
If a device is identified as lost, stolen, or fraudulent, the transaction will be canceled. Flipacell may refuse return of the device and may report the matter to law enforcement, carriers, or relevant authorities.
Do you buy carrier-locked or iCloud-locked devices?
We may buy carrier-locked devices depending on the model and carrier. Devices that are iCloud/Activation Locked are not accepted unless otherwise stated.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping responsibilities depend on the transaction details. If a device is not as described and you decline a revised offer, you are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used, and protected.
Can I cancel after I ship my device?
Once a device is shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed. If a revised offer is issued, you may decline it and arrange return shipping.
