How do I find my model and storage?
Open Settings → General → About. Look for Model Name and Capacity. Choose total storage, not free space. If you’re unsure, ask us before completing your quote.
Can I sell a damaged or carrier-locked iPhone?
We accept eligible damaged and carrier-locked iPhones. Select the correct condition and carrier in the quote tool to check eligibility. Tell us about repairs or replaced parts. Contact us before shipping if no option fits.
Which phones can’t I sell?
We currently buy iPhones only. We do not buy lost, stolen, or Activation-Locked devices. You must own the phone and have the right to sell it. Contact us about ownership or payoff documents before sending a financed or loaned device.
Is shipping free?
Yes, we provide a prepaid label for sending your iPhone to us. Use a sturdy box and protective packaging. If you decline a revised offer, you provide a prepaid return label and pay the return cost.
When and how do I get paid?
Payment is processed within 24 hours after inspection. Choose PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or paper check when completing your quote. Paper checks require additional mailing and delivery time. If we issue a revised offer, you must accept it before payment can be issued. See our payment terms or contact us about your order.
Can my offer change after inspection?
Your quote is based on the details you submit. If inspection finds a difference, we may send a revised offer explaining the adjustment. You can accept or decline. If you decline, you must supply a prepaid return label. Respond within the timeframe in your email.
How long is my offer valid?
Your quote is valid for 14 days after you accept it and complete checkout. Ship your iPhone so it is postmarked within those 14 days. Contact us before shipping if the deadline has passed or your phone’s condition has changed.
What happens to my personal information?
Back up everything you want to keep, sign out, remove Find My, and erase your iPhone before shipping. Don’t rely on inspection to remove your data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you submit.
