How to evaluate customer reviews
Read several recent experiences rather than relying on a single star rating. Look for details about the device sold, whether the seller described its condition accurately, how an inspection adjustment was handled, and when payment arrived. Check the source and date, and distinguish a company’s own testimonials from independently hosted reviews.

What happens when you sell an iPhone to us?
Request a current offer. Select your exact model, storage, carrier status, and actual condition in the quote tool. Include wear, damage, and repairs.
Prepare and ship your phone. Eligible buybacks receive a prepaid inbound shipping label. Back up and erase personal information, remove Find My and Activation Lock, and pack the device securely. Keep your drop-off receipt.
We inspect the device. Incoming packages are video recorded during unboxing and inspection. Device details, functionality, cosmetic condition, and IMEI or serial information are checked.
Review any adjustment and receive payment. Payment is issued after the device is inspected and accepted, subject to the Terms of Service. Checkout currently offers PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and paper check. Payment delivery time varies by method, and paper checks require mailing time.
Can the initial quote change?
Yes. The initial quote depends on the information submitted. If inspection finds a difference or an eligibility issue, we may provide a revised offer. You can accept or decline it. If you decline, you must provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the return shipping cost. Free inbound shipping does not mean free return shipping.
Which devices are not eligible?
We buy iPhones only and do not buy Activation-Locked, lost, or stolen devices. Carrier-locked and damaged phones may qualify when offered in the quote tool. Contact us before sending a financed or loaned device so we can review ownership or payoff documentation.
What should you keep for your records?
Keep your quote confirmation, shipping deadline, carrier receipt, tracking number, and inspection correspondence. Before packing, record your phone’s condition for your own records. Follow our pre-erasure checklist so you do not lose access to important information or your mobile service.
Ask questions before you ship
If you are uncertain about a repair, lock status, shipping label, or payout method, contact us before sending your iPhone. Include your order number for an existing buyback. Never send account passwords or sign-in codes.
